Is it possible to admire the products somewhere?
The articles can be viewed in our physical store in Gent - Kalandeberg 8. The assortment in the store is even more extensive than what you can see in the catalog!
How much do I have to pay?
These costs depend on the size and weight of your order. We try to send your order at the most advantageous rates of the moment.
When can I expect my order?
You can chose for payment by bank transfer, as soon as we see your payment appear on our account, we will send your package to you.
To send larger parcels and parcels to other countries, Mezzo Gent works with the parcel service DPD and Bpost.

Will I be kept informed of the delivery date?
DPD always informs you in advance about the delivery of your package. Does that day don't suit you? No problem, you can change your delivery:
- Pick up in a Pickup parcel shop nearby
- Deliver on another day
- Deliver on a different address
- Put down in a safe location
On the day you will be informed by e-mail or text message about the period of 1 hour in which your package will arrive.What if I'm not at home at the time of delivery?
Don't panick! Your package will be brought to your post office in the neighborhood where you can pick it up there.
The postman will have left a note in your bus for this. Take your ID with you when you pick up your package.
Can I check the status of my order?
Certainly! You will receive a mail from Mezzo Gent with a detailed overview of your order and a track and trace number. Via the website of Bpost https://track.bpost.be/btr/web/#/home or of via DPD https://www.dpd.com/tracking/(lang)/nl_BE
There is a problem with my order, what must I do?
If you notice that there is something wrong with the delivery, it is best to contact us within 24 hours via the number +32 (0) 9 223.90.51 or via e-mail: email@example.com
After consultation, you can return the package and we do the necessary to replace the product.
Return shipments can be sent to: Mezzo Gent - Kalandeberg 8 - 9000 Gent - Belgium.
Mezzo Gent is not obliged to fulfill any obligation to the customer if it is prevented by force majeure.
Force majeure is understood in any case serious disturbances at Mezzo Gent and transport business stagnation.
