Order acceptance by the buyer of our general terms and conditions, which form an integral part of the agreement, to the exclusion of all other General or particular conditions given by the buyer, unless explicitly written agreed otherwise.
3.Offers and acceptance of orders
All our offers are non-binding. We are only bound by an order after we have confirmed in writing or after we started with execution. The information about the products and pricing, as well as the detailed order information, are drawn up and communicated subject to change and correction.
Products are only supplied in the countries for which the website allows the delivery. The delivery of products to the extent possible, will be done within the time that in the individual order confirmation. Incorrect delivery addresses are the responsibility of the purchaser and may give rise to additional costs. Unless otherwise agreed, our prices do not include transport and delivery of the goods to the buyer. The cost of transport and delivery are listed separately. The indicated delivery periods are not binding, but are purely as an indication. No delay in delivery may be prone to breaking the sale and payment of damages for the benefit of the buyer, except in cases of deliberate delay. We are entitled to carry out partial deliveries. In case of non-delivery of the goods, any amount paid by the purchaser will be refunded without interest or other consideration.
5.Retention of title

8.Right of revocation

10.Prices and payment
The invoices are payable at our registered office is at Kalandeberg 8, 9000 Gent, Belgium, on the due date, not with discount, unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Any complaint concerning the invoices should, in order to be admissible, detailed to be registered by letter within three (3) days after receipt of the invoice. 14.Contracts with suppliers, hosting providers and payment providers
Mezzo Gent has the right to end all contracts with suppliers when they fail to follow what was agreed upon in the specified contract. The court of Gent is competent. Examples of such situations are: loss of income due to hosting errors or payment service providers that do not pay out in a correct manner. When these situations arise, Mezzo Gent is authorized to demand compensation for all damage suffered increased by 10% per month, starting from the first occurrence of this damage, proven by email or other evidence.

All agreements concluded with the seller are governed by Belgian law. The Belgian courts have exclusive competence.
